Shipping, Returns, & Exchanges

Your satisfaction is our goal! We understand that you need supplies in a timely manner as well as to expect great quality products to hone your craft and career. Please read below about our Policies, if there are any questions or concerns, please feel free to contact us. 

SHIPPING POLICY

Orders will be processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will begin processing the following Monday.

Hygge Beauty & Co processes orders Monday through Friday, excluding major US holidays.

U.S. SHIPPING

We ship through USPS. First Class (2-3 day) and Priority Mail (2 day) options available. Shipping costs may vary due to location, package size, and weight.  

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Canada Shipping: $25 Can take 10-15 days to arrive 

International Shipping: $30-$40 Varies depending on shipping address (feel free to contact us to get further details)

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS & LOST ORDERS:

  • We are not responsible for any additional customs charges or fees once your package has left our facility. Customs charges and fees are the sole responsibility of the purchaser
  • If you are unfamiliar with customs fees and charges, please speak to your local postal or customs office for more information.
  • If customs fees and charges are refused at the time of delivery, your order will be returned and you will not receive a refund for shipment costs.
  • Customers have up to a maximum of 90 days from the date the order was made to claim their package as lost in order to receive any sort of compensation regarding their order.

ORDER TRACKING

Hygge Beauty & Co is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once you have received your shipping confirmation, USPS will have the most current information regarding your package on their website. 

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

In the unfortunate event that an item becomes out of stock after your order is submitted, we will ship the remaining items in your order and send you an email informing you of your selected item(s) being out of stock.  You will be refunded for that item or items. 

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

If in the unlikely event there is a defective product or quality concerns beyond your control, Hygge Beauty & Co requires an exchange request to be submitted within 3 business days after receipt. Please read the Terms & Conditions: Compliance with sanitation regulations requires that Hygge Beauty & Co cannot accept returns after product packaging has been opened, unless the product is deemed defective. If you suspect product is defective, contact us without delay within 3 days. All sales are final. We do not offer returns or exchanges on Adhesives, Removers, Eyelash Extensions or other Chemical Products. Exchange can be made only on items that were not previously used, remain sealed and in the original packaging. No exchanges will be accepted without prior authorization. Exchange credit will be issued after merchandise is received and inspected.

All refunds will be credited back to the original payment method. Return and replacement shipping fees apply.

CANCELLATIONS

Any order can be cancelled without penalty until it has been shipped.  Once the order is shipped or in transit, orders cannot be cancelled or revised.

DISCONTINUED PRODUCTS & PROMOTIONS

No refunds, credits or exchanges allowed.
